Returns
New-in-box items may be returned
or exchanged up to 30 days from date of shipment, excluding electrical and
electronic parts, which MAY NOT BE RETURNED. All merchandise must be unused
and in its original saleable package. Items that have been installed on a
vehicle, or which for other reasons cannot be resold as new, cannot be
returned. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping
and insurance are the responsibility of the customer.
Email us and we'll give you a
Return Merchandise Authorization number, plus specific instructions on how
to return the part, and what your credit/refund options are. Please don't
just drop the part in a box and return it to us with no explanation; we will
refuse the shipment if it does not have an RMA number written on the outside
of the box. A photocopy of your invoice showing the invoice number must
accompany your return along with a written explanation and a contact
telephone number and email address where we may be able to reach you. It is
the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the correctness of
size and application of all parts before installation. It is the also the
customer's responsibility to retain any and all invoices for their record
and warranty claims.
